1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Persona Recruit AI ("Service"), operated by Persona Recruit AI, Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including but not limited to:
- Individual job seekers ("Candidates")
- Company representatives and recruiters ("Employers")
- Free trial users
- Paid subscribers
2. Use of Our Service
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of your jurisdiction
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Account Registration
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Promptly update your account information
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users

Persona Recruit AI provides an AI-powered recruitment platform that includes:
- For Candidates: Job matching, application management, interview preparation, and career tools
- For Employers: Candidate sourcing, AI screening, interview management, and analytics
- AI Services: Resume parsing, semantic matching, automated scheduling, and communication tools
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
- Free Trial: 14-day trial with limited features
- Starter Plan: $299/month for small teams
- Professional Plan: $799/month for growing companies
- Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing for large organizations
Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers
- All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified
Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Persona Recruit AI, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service becomes our property and may be used without compensation or attribution.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that we may process and store your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE"
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee:
- Employment or hiring outcomes
- Accuracy of AI-generated matches or recommendations
- Continuous, uninterrupted service availability
- Error-free operation of the platform
- Security of data beyond industry standards
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persona Recruit AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage
- Substitute services costs
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Request by law enforcement
- Extended period of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, rather than in court, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
